| When
you request a quote, the WSC talks to our server at Nelson, making sure
your pricing is accurate, checking it against any contracts, special
pricing, etc. It also checks stock, letting you know if we have what
you need. If you don't see enough of something at one location, you
can check stock at our other warehouse right then.
The email address from the order list is used to send you a copy of the quote you just placed. It also sends an email copy to your inside sales representative and your account representative in the event that follow up is required. |
