Please follow these
steps to connect to the Terminal Servers via Remote Desktop
Connection (RDC):
1) From the Start
menu on your computer select Run...
2) Type "mstsc"
in the Open box, without quotation marks, and click OK.
3) Type
"batman.nelson-electric.com"
in the computer box and click Connect.
The
backup Terminal Server "robin.nelson-electric.com" may also be
used.
4) Type
your username and password in the appropriate boxes and, if this
option is available with your version of RDC, make
sure "NELSON" is selected in the Computer or "Log on to" box.
5) Click
Connect. This will open an RDC to the
Terminal Server.
6) When you are done, please choose
Log Off or Shutdown from the Start menu of the
RDC session.
